Believe 09 models should only do this when abs is in use, therfore either wiring or abs fault.

I'll say it still must be sensor/electrical either on braking side or electrical side of the system.
Do they have some sort of sensor to pick up on deceleration or the like?

I was behind a facelift the other day and his flashed when he pulled up at a set of traffic lights. Was doing over 30 but then it never happened again.
