Chips away or Dents away will sort the bonnet. As long as paint isn't broken it should be pretty straight forward for them. The wheel on the other hand is a different story. Refurbing diamond cut/polished alloys is not an easy thing to do so you're looking at specialist for that. My guess would be approx...

I'd give them the car buddy. Your paint will no doubt have faded a little over its lifetime. They'll hopefully take that into account when they match the fitted bumper/Skirt.
