Removed battery earlier today for better access to flush the clutch fluid as I've done the brakes this wk n thort why not do the clutch then it'll be all done.
Anyway long story short i reconnected it all, key fob opens car, but when in the ignition I get the 'servoce anti theft system' msg...

Failed MOT - Broken Spring
Car failed its MOT today because of a broken OS rear spring.??It's a 2011 car with 33,000 miles. Anyone else had a spring fail after this sort of mileage? Seems a little premature to me !
