right guys i have replaced my oil pickup seal and glad i did tbh the old one lets just say was missing chunks :/
but like an idiot i forgot to take out the dipstick when refit the sump so its now stuck im guessing on top of the black plastic tray that goes ontop of the sump

If you get the message "Oil Pressure Low - Stop Engine" error message every morning or when the car has been sat all day, there is a possibility the Oil Seal on the pickup pipe inside the sump has lost its flexibility. This lets oil drain back into the sump out of the oil pump.
