    General Information

    Ok so just washed, dried car, inside extra and as usual go around checking all lights. Noticed I only have one rear fog light, is this normal?

    Headlights, thought I had a bulb out, but had wheels turned into hedge so it put an extra light on. Noticed it did this for both sides when turning the wheel.

    Can anyone simply explain what these lights actually do? Also assuming if set to the intelligent setting they don't follow around bends. Just dark nights coming in and not actually been out in the dark yet.

    Yes 1 fog and I'm guessing cornering light.

      Ok, never understand just the one fog light. Not noticed but what is in place on the other side, is there scope to fit a second?

        As said above,preface lift(afl) also puts both cornering lights on in reverse gear when h/lamps are on.Try yours.

          You can fit a second if you really wanted. I was planning to do it but I have better things to do at the moment.

            Like the Corsa,one for rhd the other for lhd,think you'll find the bulb fitted but no power to it,suppose you could link it to the other,but cambus may throw a fit?

              That I don't understand why would one need extra lights on at front while going in reverse!

                The best is they stay on until you reach around 5mph!!

                  I am learning here .

                  Yeah simple enough job to run cables, but not had much dealing with canbus etc. I will live with it .

                  Need to get out in the dark, reading vauxhall stuff these lights change pattens at different speeds, street lighting, lanes etc.

                      They do,great set up,cornering,built up areas directs the beam nearer the n/s,tunnel lighting,move with steering at around 30mph.

                        brilliant on dark country roads,my 1st insig with afl ,used to read on here people saying how good lights are,i used to think,theyre only lights ffs,till I got this one,,awesome

                              come to think about it I got my car in Feb and don't think it been out in dark either, in fact it does not come out during the week either.
