loose lead or cracked screen any advice?

i have tried to upload a link to the photo of my nav screen that i asked for a bit of advice about in a previous thread , thanks to marko301 for his guide on how to upload photos, i am going to get some trim puller tools and see if it was a loose lead but my gut feeling is the screen is knackered, anyone got any thoughts from looking at the pic.
