Is there much work involved in fitting these Ray?

Fairly straight forward. Remove the old sill, remove the interior plastic side trim, drill hole from outside the cabin to inside the cabin, feed new side sill cable through to the inside side channel then run along and tap in to the front footwell lights, align new sill and stick on. Repeat on other side.
