    There must be a way around this by using your mobile or summat? I'm going to go to a couple of known locations for cameras with my TT and see how it compares. Thanks for your comments they are all a help.

      A bit later and more miles under my belt. I finally was driven to use both my TomTom and Sat nav at the same time. Disregarding the fact that my maps is years out of date how do you guys manage to do any kind of distance without a constantly updated Live Traffic? RDS is maybe 1% effective. Shame.
