    Key fob

    My key fob works fine apart from it won’t stay folded out or in. Think the spring may have gone or something.

    Can these be replaced easily?

    Have you tried opening it to look?
    Might be an easy fix

      Mine was replaced free under warranty. Common Fault apparently. Might be worth an ask at you main dealer sorry stealer.

        I might have a look tonight at work.

        Are these keys coded? Don’t want to backer it up and not be able to get home in the morning, especially as I’m getting the cam belt and water pump done tomorrow

          It’s a 2011 model. Unfortunately I don’t think it will still be covered on warranty. Would be good though

            If you take it apart there is a spring hiding inside the where the key pivots, just the case of getting it all the right way round. If not a cheap case from eBay, you’ll still need to muck about taking it apart though.
