Cd Navi500 map version

Is there a way to check which maps and which yr I have installed on my 2010 insignia SE Nav? I've been offered a 2016/17 update disc but don't wanna spend money on it if I've already got the latest version. I know it's a my2011 version of the cd Navi 500 system. But when I go through the options and menus in it i can't find a version number or yr of maps Ive got installed.

Look at the files on the SD card.

Try pressing button 1 and tone or the config button together and it will do into test mode and i think its there somewhere. You say its a 2010. Is your 10th letter in your vin an A or B?

Don't have sd card on mine. It's a B on my vin number .
