Is that with the sub connected?

No sub is fried. That's with car locked and alarm on after everything has powered down.

Yeah I know. Will double check with meter this week direct onto battery. Only thing that's extra is the thinkdiag unit. So all iv done from getting car is dashcam, which was off. Led bulbs in number plate and reverse lights. Hmmm reading this back i wonder if the voltage regulator for dashcam is causing it, even though iv turned parking mode off.

.50a is a big draw an could be why your battery is having issues

How long did you leave it for till you run the diagnostic test ?
The ThinkDiag dongle is still drawing current to power it .
Just one of my crazy thoughts .

Anything that requires constant live will be drawing power mate so I'd be pulling any add ons off an testing with multimeter, you could be lucky and not need a battery after all

A rule of thumb is 30-45 minuites
So that all modules are powered down and have gone off line .

Disconnected dashcam wiring, sub wiring at source. Still getting .49 to .55a draw after 10 minutes. like you say may need to leave longer. Will test with a meter this week. No issues with starting, just stop start not working , thinkdiag say battery health 82% and charge always between 50 and 65%.

Not sure if the modules will power down due to thinkdiag, as my thoughts are it has access to them so requires power. Could be wrong.
Would be good if another member could of checked that for you.
