It's standard. As they come on 2012+ models. Mine was like that too. All the silencing is done by the middle box so changing the rear section will give you no more noise.

Mines not like that it has a rear box so does that mean it would be louder if it was changed to straight through ?

Well I got hold of the twin silencers, cut off the tails then had one welded onto the existing pipe and got a custom place to make another pipe, link it in then fit the other end piece to it. It's a single bit of pipe so it's s cheap way of doing it.
