Tyre storage

Can anyone tell the best way to store tyres please

I have two tyres 235 55 18 continetal which are very good condition 5-6mm tread left on them I took them off my car as I had all four changed just after buying the car and wanted to save these just in case

So now the weather is turning I want to move them and keep them out of the way so they don't get ruined

I don't have a garage to keep them in would they be ok up in the loft assuming they fit through the hatch

John, I dare not even try to hang 4 rims and tyres from garage roof, with the weight it would probably pull the roof in on its self, it could be one of those comedy moments....... LOL but it does say you can lay flat and reposition every 4 weeks?? Thanks Colin
