T-Cut is never an option on new car paint.

Can you feel the scratch when you run your finger nail over it? If so then you're looking at a proper repair job. Chips away or dents away do some good work. Ask your local dealer who they use for their Smart repairs!

If your nail doesn't catch then it will probably polish out. But you'll need a DA or Rotary and the right combination of pad and polish!

Nasty. Have you tried the colored t-cut? I know some people don't like it but it's worked well for me in the past

Mark will be able to get that out with the right pad and Compond combo. Let him have a go first. Polish and a DA can work wonders.
