Exterior help needed please

Hello, any help would be greatly appreciated, this damage is on the rear door and seems to be getting worse, I can’t think of what to do about it? Would this mean a new door? Or is there a way of removing it and stalling a new trim? I can’t seem to find and answer, so I must turn to my insignia buddies, please help guys! Trying to keep her for a very long time and looking perfect!

Moisture and grime has got underneath the plastic coating bud, need replacing unfortunately...

They are all parts that can be bought bud, scrappy would be best. Its only a trim piece...
