Pissed off with icebox.
They said faulty canbus box...but u had to send that back, they would have to send it back to China for an upgrade it new box.
But they said it could take months due to the restrictions the Chinese government has put on goods leaving and entering the country due to the Coronovirus outbreak.
Told me to fit old unit back in coz it could be months away.

So I told them I'd send the full unit back and could they send me s prepaid postage label.
They told me I had to pay for the return.

They don't supply you with instructions either.
Very very poor.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone now.

I recommended them to a pal of mine.
She bought her man exactly the same unit and he's had trouble with his.
Not to the extent I've had as his car is used everyday

Might be worth trying that fix and seeing what's lost by disconnecting! Obviously if he'd allow those test's.

Hi Buddy yeah the one with three wires icebox auto is a waste of time they said the same thing to me.[ATTACH=CONFIG]3924[/ATTACH]

I unplugged the black cube too. Finally the steering wheel backlight is off. Tomorrow I'll check battery voltage yet. Android Head Unit work normal.

I honestly don't know Dave.
I honestly think they're just a distributor of the Chinese units.
As when I ordered AND PAID mine, I had to wait, when I asked how much longer, they told me it had to be shipped in from China.
They only checked the units then sent them on.
When you Google their address in The Wirral, it shows on Google maps as a unit in a small industrial estate.

So I reckon they don't know much about them other than take your cash, order it from China and make a healthy profit doing nothing.
