No Crank after engine swap

Hi all, Please forgive me if I've started this in the wrong place. I have replaced the engine in my 2011 2.0l cdti. I have tried to start it for the first time but am getting a no crank no start. When the key is in the accessory position I get the all the dash lights and error code 128 followed by error code 3 I also have no power windows or vanity lights. when the key is in the start position I get a small click from the fuse board in cabin but all dash lights go out until key is released. I know this is an impossible question to answer however some pointers would be greatly appreciated.

128 is bonnet open 3 is low coolant level
have you checked the normal things , power and grounds?
Is the battery good , is the earths good and clean ?
Start there and we shall move forward.
Were you the one with that lead that you didn't know where it went on your last thread?

Thanks @ lizard-t. It was a school boy error, I forgot to tighten the three bolts in the main fuse box that pull all the multiplugs in snug. Now all I have is an error 60. Any ideas
