Insignia SRi 160 cranking RPM?

Hi does anyone know what the cranking RPM should be on this engine please?

It's all back together and starting bar one damaged injector seat, I got a second hand starter as the old one was burnt out but it still sounds quite lazy.

I'm thinking I'm going to end up putting a new starter in as I've read these engines are really fussy about cranking speeds, so I figured the second hand one is probably on its way too but just wanted to measure it first before I splash out on a new one?

Normally 200-300rpm ,anything high then compression should be checked.

Thanks Lizzard it's the starter again so I've ordered new.
