Random Dash Lights

Hi I was wondering if someone could help. My car has been recently serviced and MOTd.

Today i was driving and a service notice came on with ESC i pressed ok then another appesred straight after for Airbags.

I know have three lights on the Dash.

A red Airbag Light.
A yellow car skidding type light.
And
A Yellow P in a circle with a spanner below it.

Does anyone know why this is the case the car has been fine and never had any issues other than the £600 i spent recently on breaks and tyres.

My car is a 13 plate facelift model any help is appreciated.

Im going to have it looked at my brother suggested it might just be a sensor issue
