I've an issue with drl on my 2015 elite it failed mot on the drl I sourced another light from a scrapyard had it put in and it's not working. Mot garage said I need an auto electrician to look into it further. Anyone else had issues how? How did you fix?

Do you know if the one you purchased was actually working ? You could of been sold a duff ,if so I would take it back .they are not cheap units .
are you any good with mechanical type stuff? .have you checked the power up to the light unit .
or tried swapping the known working headlamp with the duff one to see if it's a wiring issue.
