            Oil and filter change today,,every 6 months from now on .

              No harm in regular oil changes Dave----its something that I've always done and it makes sense to use good oil and filters---they are really cheap these days--plus with these engines it helps with the dodgy seals that are a problem---that's what I think anyway----- Dave

                used Petronas fully synthetic,,im hoping it goes like lewis hamiltons merc now
