Insignia 2016 1.4 t 140 gearbox

Does anyone know what gearbox is in this particular car ? And if theres anything to look out for with these engines. Had the car 2 weeks now and delighted with it, drives very well and a all round comfortable economical cruiser so far.

M32, only the 2 liter turbo and V6 have the F40 box (and some diesels).

Yes, the lower power petrols and diesels have M32. The higher power petrols and diesels have F40.
M32 and F40 both have some variants with minor differences in gear ratios according to the needs of the car it's in.
