Water coming through cabin lights

Morning all, got in the car this morning, nothing out of The ordinary until I turned whilst driving and water coming out of the cabin lights over head. Every time I turn it happens

It means you have a leak from somewhere.
Or Jeremy Beadle is going to appear at some point.

Is headliner wet?
are the drain channels blocked?

Windscreen seal maybe? Either that or it's has a sprinkler system on board as an optional extra
